In between trips to Grand Canaria and UK, a few things also happened on the home front.

Among the boys' many toys, one of the current favourites are the hockey sticks sent by Grandpa Ken from Canada for Christmas.

James has discovered climbing, trying hard to haul himself onto the sofa or up onto a convenient toy to try to climb out of (or even in to!) his playpen.

He's also teething again, finding solace by chewing on a mini cucumber.

James is still an expert at finding trouble, be it by venturing into the storage room while Mum is doing some tidying, or getting a hold of the vacuum cleaner cord.

Thomas discovered a carousel in the middle of one of the downtown toy stores!
